Gay.com neither screens its members nor takes responsibility for member activity on its site. For example, a disclaimer for the Gay.com Chat features reads: "Gay.com does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in chat."
Members 13-17 years old are allowed to join Gay.com, but they cannot create Adult profiles and they will only be matched up with other 13-17 year-olds. Further, Gay.com members 18 and older will not be matched with any 13-17 year-old members.
